Allergan was launching another product into their robust line of Facial Aesthetics products. District managers already had a full bag of therapies, each with it’s own sales goal. Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Bliss Training & Consulting was able to help managers discover where the new product fit into current product portfolio, it’s value proposition, and what injector segments would be most lucrative.
